Recruiting Coordinator

This role will work closely with other HR team members and management to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new employees by handling all pre-hire scheduling and paperwork. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication, organization and is a team player.

Responsibilities:

Review resumes/applications

Conduct phone interviews with applicants

Experience in MS Office

Partner with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters during the recruitment process

Manage general queries from candidates, hiring managers, suppliers and team members

Ensure steady applicant flow

Requirements:

Excellent communication

Results driven

Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Outstanding time management and work priority

Preferably at least 2 year of recruiting experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities
