Recruiting Coordinator
This role will work closely with other HR team members and management to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new employees by handling all pre-hire scheduling and paperwork. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication, organization and is a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes/applications
  • Conduct phone interviews with applicants
  • Experience in MS Office
  • Partner with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters during the recruitment process
  • Manage general queries from candidates, hiring managers, suppliers and team members
  • Ensure steady applicant flow
  • Schedule and participate in local job fairs

Requirements:
Excellent communication
Results driven
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Outstanding time management and work priority
Preferably at least 2 year of recruiting experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
